New Recipe 2017 – Ray´s bream avocado ceviche shots, with yellow and green chili dressing

Ingredients

  • 500 g Ray´s Bream or fresh white fish.

  • 1 Green Chile.

  • 2 Radishes.

  • 1 Avocado.

  • 1/4 Red bell pepper.

  • 1 teaspoon of yellow chile paste.

  • 1 lemon.

  • Coriander.

  • Sea Salt.

  • Olive oil.

  • Fresh Pepper.

Preparation

Dice the fish and avocado into 1 cm cubes. Place into a mixing bowl

Add the green chili and red bell pepper chopped into a fine brunoise, the radishes cut into thin slices and the finely chopped coriander.

Season 20 minutes before serving with the teaspoon of yellow chili paste, lemon juice, salt and fresh pepper.

Serve in shot glasses with cocktail picks or dessert spoons. Garnish with radish slices and chopped coriander.
