The perfect expression of Cabernet Sauvignon’s varietal character as produced in the Aconcagua Valley, 15 months ageing in oak has added complexity, subtlety and depth to the intense, vibrant blackcurrant fruit characters of this full-bodied wine.

Viña Errázuriz was the first winery to plant Shiraz in Chile and this full-bodied wine shows how well the grape can perform with low yields and long oak ageing. Rich, concentrated berry fruit mingles on the palate with soft tannins and rich spice characters.

Our Max Reserva vineyards in the Aconcagua Valley produce concentrated, distinguished Merlots that personify the classic smooth varietal red fruit characters and rich, silky texture that are the grape’s hallmark.

The superb climate of Casablanca gives us a perfect balance of acidity and fresh fruit which is complemented by a partial malolactic fermentation and ageing in oak barrels to create a fine, fresh and lively wine with generous layers of creaminess.
