The Max Reserva Viticultural Team strive to work in harmony with nature, helping our land to produce premium grapes that best express the terroir of each Max Reserva vineyard as well as the characters of each grape variety.

To achieve this aim, precision viticulture is used, allowing viticulturists to target techniques suitable to the specific requirements of a part of the vineyard, so natural conditions can perform to the maximum with minimal intervention using sustainable practices.

Somewhere between 135 and 160 days after flowering, in the cool of the early morning to protect them from the sun, we hand harvest the fully ripe grapes from the very best parcels of fruit on the vineyards. Yields for our Max Reserva wines are low at no more than six to eight tons per hectare; this ensures wines of concentration and complexity.
