Winemaker’s Notes
Light yellow in color, our 2012 Wild Ferment Chardonnay expresses an elegant blend of tropical fruits and citrus characters on the nose, along with aromas of toast and untoasted hazelnuts. The palate presents good lushness and lively acidity that pairs with its creamy texture to guarantee good Ageing potential.
