Winemaker’s Notes
Our 2010 Single Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon is deep purple in colour with plum-red highlights. Aromas of red and black fruits, such as sour cherries, blackberries, plums, and strawberries mingle on the nose, with complementary notes from the barrel such as liquorice, tobacco, nutmeg, and dark chocolate, while subtle notes of rosemary and dill lend complexity. Surprisingly soft tannins make the first impression on the palate, followed by the harmony of refreshing acidity and berry flavours resulting in an elegant, complex wine with promising ageing potential.
